Caroline’s genuine, friendly and warm personality made me feel like I was in the company of a friend! She made me feel so comfortable and explained every step of the process to me, she uses top quality appliances and a testament to her excellent work is I’m still coming back on a monthly basis over a year later! Caroline has come to be a friend and I never dreamt such a potentially awkward (due to the intimate nature) pamper session would lead to me putting down the razor for good and gaining a confidante, friend and professional beautician. I honestly can’t speak highly enough! Recommend thoroughly 10/10!”
